What is a WOD?

Will I be sore?

Because you will be learning new movements and new levels of intensity you will be
sore from your workout. That is why the Iron Tribe 101 class is so important so that we
can teach you the proper mechanics and bring your intensity along slowly.

 

What should I wear to the first Iron Tribe 101 class?

Wear whatever is most comfortable for you to move in. A lightweight shoe is preferred,
but wear what you have and what you will feel comfortable running or lifting weights in.

 

Is there anything I can do to prepare for the first class?

Go ahead and up your water intake. Hydration is important with any workout regimen.
If you are not already on a good fish oil we suggest you look into it. We will go over the
benefits of doing so in the Iron Tribe 101.

 

I am a runner, can I keep running?

You absolutely can. However, we believe the Iron Tribe program is all you will need to
excel.
