We are a CrossFit community, whose “sole purpose for being” is to live a life of action by actively serving God, our families, our members and our community at large.
We can do this only by becoming, and staying as healthy and fit as possible.
Therefore, we refuse to be a waste of skin on this earth by being unfit, unhealthy or useless to society.
We have deep convictions of what it means to really be fit.
We have deep convictions of what it means to be an example.
And that means we practice what we preach. We live the code.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Every able-bodied person can do CrossFit.
We scale the workouts to suit each individual.
Grandmothers, commandos, office workers and high school students all do the same movements with differing load and intensity.
CrossFit can benefit you. It’s not easy but the rewards are significant.
First you complete a CrossFit 101 class teaching you all of the basic movements involved in the programming as well as the diet that will elicit the fastest and most efficient fitness gains. This is a three time a week class for one month with all beginners and it is required to participate. Our 101 graduates tell us it is a blast and helped them realize that they really can do this! We offer classes morning, afternoon and evening. Monday-Friday. We do special events and benchmark workout competitions on Saturdays.
Classes are 45 minutes in length and involve a warm up, WOD (workout of the day), and cool down. These three elements change every day and you never know what to expect.
