At least 20 Birmingham based Auburn University alumni have been singled out at Top Tigers for their roles in entrepreneurship.
The Top Tigers luncheon, which was held March 29 as a part of the Auburn University Entrepreneurship Summit, recognizes the fastest-growing companies founded, owned or led by Auburn University alumni. Presented by the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business, in partnership with Warren Averett, 50 Top Tigers were singled out for their role in the business world.
Birmingham’s Top Tigers for 2019 include:
* Small business division — Airship (Trent Kocurek and Luke Richardson); Truitt Insurance & Bonding Inc. (Tony Truitt, Don Adams and Wayne Smith); Iron Tribe Fitness (Forrest Walden); Method Mortgage (Craig Tindall and Adam Stoffregen); and Richter Landscape Company (John Richter).
* Medium business division — Lake Homes Realty (Glenn S. Phillips); Bell Media LLC (Scott Bell); Village Dermatology (Jenny Sobera, Audrey Easterwood and Ashley Moss); BMSS LLC (Don Murphy, David King and Keith Barfield); William Blackstock Architects PC (Joel Blackstock, William G.
