Most gyms have one set program. Or, they take the “pick your own” approach and let members use equipment as they see fit.

Iron Tribe is a little different.

We’ve created an approach that we believe caters to a wide range of fitness levels and, most importantly, deliver results. Here’s a quick breakdown of how to know which Iron Tribe Fitness program is right for you!

Weight loss = Push

If you’re looking to scorch calories and tone up, then you’ll want to enroll in our PUSH program. No prior fitness experience is required for PUSH — just a willingness to learn and become your best self! PUSH uses a variety of equipment as well as body-weight movements. You can expect a blend of cardio and weighted exercises in this class.

Muscle gain = Power

For those looking to build muscle and achieve a lean physique, then our POWER program is perfect. In this class, we introduce barbell exercises, which involve some more skill and technicality. This class is ideal for those who have taken a few PUSH classes and are looking for something a little more challenging. Keep in mind, not every POWER class will include a barbell. This program still includes cardio movements.

Overall fitness = Push / Power

If you’re looking to lose weight and build muscle, then try both the PUSH and POWER classes! We love seeing members blend these two classes in their workout routine, as they both offer great movements and deliver even better results. Plus, you’ll be able to develop and master new skills that’ll take your fitness to the next level!

Competition = Perform

This is a test-in only class for members looking to seriously train their bodies. Even if you’re not looking to tackle the next big local fitness competition or race, this is a great program for those who have been with Iron Tribe for some time and are looking to train among athletes who love to compete.

As always, if you have any other questions about the Iron Tribe Fitness programs, feel free to reach out to us! We would love to chat with you and tell you more about our results-based workouts.
