We’d like to share a recipe from our friends at Ascent

Ingredients

¾ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 scoop Ascent Chocolate Peanut Butter Plant Protein powder
1 tablespoon raspberry preserves

For Topping

3 tablespoons raspberries
1 tablespoon granola
1 teaspoon desiccated coconut

Directions

  1. To a small bowl add coconut yogurt and Ascent Chocolate Peanut Butter Plant Protein powder. Use a whisk or spoon and stir until thoroughly combined.
  2. Swirl in raspberry preserves.
  3. Top with fresh raspberries, granola, and coconut, and serve.
