INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop Ascent vanilla protein
  • 1 cup water 1/2 apple sliced and peeled
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
