Craving something sweet? Try this iced mocha, made with Ascent Protein (sold in Iron Tribe gyms nationwide).


  • 1 scoop Ascent cappuccino casein protein powder
  • 6 ounces coffee, chilled (or cold brew)
  • 6 ounces milk (I used vanilla almond)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar free/reduced sugar chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup ice


1.) Add protein powder, coffee, milk, and 1 tbsp. of chocolate syrup to a shaker bottle or blender. Mix or blend.

2.) Drizzle remaining 1 tbsp. of chocolate syrup along the sides of a mason jar or glass.

3.) Add ice and drink mixture. Top with more chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, or whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
