Jim is the Team Development Director for Launch Global, a non-profit committed to planting multiplying churches among unreached people groups around the world. He is also the founder and lead consult of The Avalaunch Group, an identity-based leadership development consultancy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

He has engaged individuals, companies and non-profits around identity and team development for over 30 years in a dozen countries. He resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Cathy and their 5 children, ages 13 – 23. Jim is passionate about Oak Mountain Church (PCA), Westminster School, and changing the Birmingham narrative. Jim also enjoys sharing tables that combine his other favorite things — smoked meat, single malt Scotch and Crimson Tide football.
