Fantastic facility and program! The workouts are challenging, the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. No guessing on nutrition and diet because a comprehensive plan is provided. Results are measured routinely via an Inbody scale and you WILL see results on the plan. Also worth mentioning is their music playlist – it will get you pumped up! After my workout as I leave the gym, I always feel like I’ve accomplished something major. I’m so glad to have discovered ITF. It’s super satisfying and brings results!

Love this place! I’ve been going to the Hoover location for about 9 months. I can tell that the staff there are passionate about their jobs. Even though I work out in the group settings I still get very individualized attention from the trainers. I’m still a novice (less than a year) but every time I go the trainers give me direction and make sure that I’m lifting in such a way that both makes me grow in strength and prevents injury. They are very encouraging and will meet you where you are physically and work with you to grow in strength and fitness. There truly is a place for you no matter where you are in your fitness walk.

Great coaches who are knowledgeable and personal, and an awesome group of athletes.
