Bill Stegall had the issues that most do at age 70 +, out of shape, having bad balance and overall just feeling weak. He started 1 on 1 training with one of our trainers that individualized the workouts for Bill’s needs. I have worked out in so many gyms, group classes, running groups, one on one training, etc., so I know what a good Trainer looks like… I LOVE my time at Iron Tribe! The coaches in Mt Brook are knowledgeable about what works for me; making sure I don’t get injured while my strength and fitness mindset increases every week, and encouraging me to push to be my best… they are wonderful.. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was joining this gym. IT workouts are challenging yet doable for just about anyone. The instructors at all of the IT locations are more than willing to help an athlete scale the workouts appropriately (don’t let the equipment scare you if you’re a newbie — the trainers will help you!). What makes this location special, however, are the trainers and the other athletes. ALL of the individuals you meet and work with at this location are encouraging, knowledgeable, and just downright great people. They make the workouts fun and fulfilling, and I’m glad to be able to send a little love their way!!!
