Bill Stegall had the issues that most do at age 70 +, out of shape, having bad balance and overall just feeling weak. Bill was looking for something to solve all of those problems so he could do day to day activities easily. A friend referred him to Iron Tribe Fitness, and that changed his life.

 

He started 1 on 1 training with one of our trainers that individualized the workouts for Bill’s needs. They looked at what he was capable of and what he needed more help with and created a training program that would meet every one of his needs. With that, Bill began feeling stronger, younger and healthier, ready to take on whatever life will throw at him.

“While I was deployed my wife joined this gym and made huge progress towards her fitness goals, she encouraged me to participate in a few workouts to see if it was something I would be interested in. Group fitness settings aren’t something I usually want to be a part of, so I was apprehensive to tell you the truth. After speaking to the owner and hearing about his fitness journey, I decided to be a part of a 6 week challenge to support a small veteran owned business. They have several options to support your goals and fitness level. I started off slow with some individual coaching before I jumped into group classes. The staff made me feel comfortable and the gym members were friendly and supportive. I just completed my 6 weeks and can say with the help of TJ and Justin ( my coaches) I was able to drop 4% body fat and add almost 10 pounds of muscle. I am happy with my results and will be staying as a member. I highly recommend you give this team an opportunity to assist you if you are looking to make some changes in your fitness level or quality of life.”

“I’ve been going here for over 4 months now and the workouts are always challenging. They offer many different types of workouts which is good for me. The coaches worked with me from when I got off the couch, to now helping me refine my techniques so I get the most out of each workout. Coaches are motivating, yet not all in your face. If you need them they are there for you, and if you need space to focus the coaches honor and respect that too. The space is sufficient, even when the classes are full, so you’re always comfortable when working out. I highly recommend joining the Tribe!”

“One of the best places to workout at. A very unique program that gives you fast results. It combines detailed exercise and a detailed nutritional plan in one place. The group exercise classes are for all levels and each person gets a great workout at their level and you get a feeling of accomplishment. Their Prime program is a game changer and takes it up a few levels working on YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS!!! You also get fast results!’ You can also do a combination of both and really step it up. Best gym in Mount Pleasant or anywhere. Also the coaches are great and the members become your friends and family by choice.
