“Staff at Iron Tribe was great to accommodate a fairly short notice drop in. Was in town from Michigan and had switched hotels/cities unexpectedly over the weekend. Stopped by on a Monday morning during their Open Gym time. Lauren and other coaches greeted me with a helpful smile, pointed everything out to me, let me do my home gym programming workout and checked on me a few times to make sure that I didn’t need anything. Will definitely drop in to see the team at Iron Tribe again if I am ever back in the area.“
